Men's Breakfast
All men are invited to join us for breakfast from 8:00–10:00 AM at Praise. Come enjoy good food, meaningful conversation, and a great time of fellowship. Bring a friend—all are welcome!
Barbarian Games
The annual Barbarian Games are back at Praise! All men—high school age and up—are invited to an afternoon packed with friendly competition, great food, and plenty of laughs. Test your skills (and maybe your bragging rights) with horseshoes, bocce, corn hole, Kan Jam, Kubb, and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity to invite a friend to a low-pressure, high-energy gathering. Don’t miss it!
Women's Retreat
Join us for an unforgettable experience at the Tuscarora Women’s Retreat, taking place from November 7-9, 2025. This weekend program is tailored for women seeking to deepen their connection with God and strengthen their faith journey.

Women’s Ministry Paint + Praise
Join us on Saturday, November 15th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Praise for a special morning of devotional, painting, and music led by Kellyn Trapp, with music by Bobby Trapp.
Enjoy light refreshments and fellowship while creating a beautiful painting in a worshipful environment.

Nashville Folk/Americana Duo - River & Rail
Folk/Americana duo River & Rail is playing a FREE show at Praise Christian Fellowship!
Doors at 6:30, show at 7, light refreshments provided.
About River & Rail
Grace and Alex Fincher wed in 2021, moving from Missouri to Nashville, TN- establishing Indie Folk/Americana duo, "River & Rail." Possessing a voice that is equal parts haunting and agile, Grace brandishes a unique, captivating tone. Alex adds plaintive supporting vocals and textural acoustic guitar that weaves between the lines of Grace’s poignant lyrics.
River & Rail has crafted a rich, yet close rootsy sound that leans into dynamics, nuanced embellishment, and out-of-the box musical changes. R&R is set to release their debut album in September 2025 with Imagine House Records, distributed by Vere Music/ADA.
Women’s Brunch
Ladies, join us on Saturday, October 11, at 10:00 AM here at Praise for a special “Apple of God’s Eye” Brunch. Bring an apple-themed dish or dessert to share as we enjoy fellowship together. "Keep me as the apple of the eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings." —Psalm 17:8
Soup & Fellowship Potluck
Warm up with us at our October Praise Potluck, Soup & Fellowship Night. We invite you to bring your favorite soup, stew, or chowder—hearty and comforting dishes that will fill both body and soul. Fresh bread, rolls, and sides are also welcome. Come enjoy a cozy evening of food, fellowship, and encouragement as we gather together this fall.

Youth Group
Youth Group is Back!
High School (Grades 9–12): Mondays @ 7:30–8:30 PM (starting October 6th, at Mrs. Carl’s).
Middle School (Grades 6–8): Wednesdays @ 5:30–7:00 PM (starting Sept. 24 at the church).
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, both groups meet together for Potluck Night—dinner included!

Confirmation Begins
Confirmation Registration (Grades 7–8)
Wednesdays at 4:30 PM | Begins September 24
Our two-year Confirmation (Catechism) program is designed to help students explore the Christian faith and grow in their understanding of God’s Word. Led by Pastor Evan, this class meets weekly during the school year and is open to students entering 7th and 8th grade.
Topics include:
Who is God?
What is the Bible?
Why do we need saving?
What is the meaning of life?
How should we live as followers of Jesus?

Sunday School Lunchon
Join us immediately following the worship service for a special Sunday School luncheon! The church will provide the main meal, and we invite the congregation to bring a dessert, salad, or side dish to share. Fun activities for the kids, including the bounce house, slide, and gaga pit, will also be available.

Italian Themed Potluck
As we head into fall routines, join us for a Back to Church Potluck on Wednesday, September 10. Let’s reconnect over warm meals, fellowship, and prayer as we step into a new season together. Bring your favorite Italian style dish to share.
Women’s Evening Bible Study
Monday, September 8, @ 6:30, will begin a seven session study, “Hold Me Fast” being held in the Lower level Multi Purpose room at the church.
This study looks at the hope-filled reality that our Savior holds us near when it feels like we cannot hang on.
Books will be available at the first session for $15. Scholarships are available.

Church Picnic
Join us for a summer picnic on Sunday, August 24th, right after the worship service! We’ll be serving up burgers and hot dogs once again, and we invite the congregation to bring a dessert, salad or side dish to share if they’d like.
It’s always a great time of fellowship and fun—we hope to see you there!
Grace Hill Bus Trip
Join us for a Praise tour bus road trip to Boston on Saturday, August 23rd, as we support Grace Hill Church! Bring the whole family for a day of fun, games, food, and fellowship with the community—and help share the love of Christ. The bus will leave Praise at 8am and leave Boston at 4pm. Any donations will help defray the cost of the food and the bus.

Combined ministry lunch
Join us for a combined ministry lunch on Saturday, August 16, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Praise. It’s a time to eat, connect, and celebrate both ministries together! Fiesta Fellowship Potluck
Join us for a night of bold flavors and warm fellowship at our August Praise Potluck. We’re hosting a Mexican-themed dinner and inviting everyone to bring a dish to share—from tacos and enchiladas to fresh salsas and sweet treats. Whether you cook or just come to enjoy, it’s a wonderful way to spend the evening together. All are welcome!
