Frequently Asked Questions

1) Who is invited to attend Day Camp?
Any student entering 1st – 6th grade. It doesn’t matter if you attend Praise Christian Fellowship, or have never heard of Praise before. All are welcome!

2) How can I register?
There are a few ways to get registered. You can go to Praise and fill out a paper registration with payment. You can download a PDF copy of the registration form here, then print it out, fill it in, and mail it (with payment). You can register at Eventbrite at this link or one of the big orange buttons.

3) What can I expect if I go to Day Camp?
Going to Day Camp is exactly what the title sounds like…going to camp, but only in the day time. We will do all the fun activities that you would expect at an overnight camp. There will be games, singing, team building activities, arts and crafts, bible studies, and more! The day starts at 9am and will continue until 3pm. A snack will be provided, but please send a sack lunch with your student.

4) How is the week organized?
The week is organized around the theme IPOINT RECORDS. The students will be split up into age specific “cabins” and each cabin will be led by a counselor all week. There the counselor will build relationships with the students all week as they lead them through all the games, cabin activities, Bible Studies, and more. Each day will have its own theme with a Bible verse!

5) Can I invite my friends?
Yes! Anyone entering grades 1-6 can come to day camp.

6) What should I bring with to Day Camp?
Bring a sack lunch, a Bible, and yourself! If you don’t have a bible tell your counselor on the first day and we will make sure you get one.

7) I want to go to Day Camp but can’t make it to all 4 days, can I still come?
Yes! We want you to come whatever days you can make it. Just let the church office know and we will charge you for the daily rate for the days you can come.
